How do I file for income earned from selling on eBay?

I was going to try "Other earned income" but it says that the income is from an employer and should've been on a W2 but wasn't. That's not my case, though. Please help!

To report your income from eBay sales please go to: Federal Taxes > Wages & Income > scroll down to Less Common Income > Miscellaneous Income, 1099-A, 1099-C > Other Reportable Income and click Start

The Miscellaneous Income category includes:

  • Wages not already reported on a W-2 (like for a household employee)
  • Reimbursed deductions
  • Bad-debt recoveries
  • Long-term care accounts
  • Coverdell ESA and 529 QTPs (Form 1099-Q)
  • Cancellation of debt (like from credit cards)
  • Bartering income not already reported
  • Income and expenses from a hobby
  • Income from personal property that you rented to someone
  • Income from a U.S. possession
  • Other reportable income
