How do I file for free?? I only have a W-2 (part time job). Nothing else. I have tried several times and the stupid website wants to charge me like $128. [removed].

I have tried the Help menu, which gives me a URL. I click on it, and then TurboTax just picks up where I was before. It doesn't do anything. So I figured maybe at the end it would say this is "free" but no... it wants to charge me. HOW AM I ABLE TO DO THE FREE FILE????

Only one W-2 and low wages would likely qualify for the Free version. What issue is triggering an upgrade?

Start here and do not upgrade.
