Do I need to file an extension for a Single member LLC?
I have already filed an extension for my Personal Federal Income taxes Form 4868

If you are a single member LLC, and you have not requested S-Corp status, then the IRS considers you a disregarded entity. As such, your filing form 4868 is an extension for you, and your LLC.

If you are a single member LLC that reports income and expenses on Schedule C, then you do not need to file a separate extension for your business.
