How do i file a 2021 New Mexico Personal Income Tax return

I efiled my federal return but thought i didn't need to file a 2021 New Mexico Personal Income Tax return, well i was wrong and need to submit it now. I have till 2024 due to governor mandate.

Print, ink sign and mail in the 2021 return ... it can no longer be efiled thru the TT system.
