How do I estimate my liability for 2019 using 2018 turbo tax?

Using the TurboTax desktop editions click on Forms.  When in Forms mode click on Open Form.  Type in what-if.

Open the What-If worksheet.  Use the worksheet with the 2019 tax rates.
