How do I enter U.S. Savings Bond interest from the 1099-INT sent by my bank? I am using TT Deluxe on my PC. The interactive entry method does not seem to cover it.

On the 1099-INT entry page, you must check the box: My form has info in more than just box 1 (this is uncommon). Then you can enter in your savings bond interest in box #3. See picture below.
