How do I enter tax info when I do not have online access to my credit union, BECU?

Are you trying to enter a 1099?

If so, it sounds like you are at the screen with a bunch of logos and a bank/institution search line. (see screen image below.)

That screen is for importing a 1099 from a participating TurboTax import partner.   You don't have to use the import feature.  You can enter the 1099 manually.

In that case, just ignore that search line and scroll down on that page, and below the logos at the bottom right is a gray button "I'll type it in myself."  The button may not be visible unless you scroll down.

Then continue on with the interview.  When you come to the data boxes, you can manually enter the name of your financial institution.
