How do I enter in dividend income from municipal bonds that are BOTH federal and state tax-exempt without having a 1099-DIV?

I have some shares of a municipal bond mutual fund that is tax-exempt for both federal and state income taxes. However, I fell below the threshold for being issued a 1099-DIV. I'm trying to enter the dividend gains into Turbo Tax  Desktop (no sales), but I'm confused as where and how to enter it. I tried the help tab in the top bar, but got no hits for "municipal bonds". How do I enter the non-taxable municipal bond dividend income without having a 1099-DIV?

If you do not receive a 1099 then that income is not taxable and you do not enter it anywhere. neither the federal or state will receive any notification of this income.
