How do I enter bank dividends that are under $10.....

Hello,

I have some bank dividends under $10 and no 1099-DIV form. How do I enter that information and what do I put for all the boxes when I don't have a 1099-DIV form to follow?

Thank You.

You will enter it the same as if you had a form. You do not need anything other than the issuers name. No EIN is needed.

In TT premier, I am not able to proceed because it requires the bank EIN. I don't have the EIN for my banking institution.

Also, I meant to say 1099-INT from my bank. I did not receive because it was under $10.

The program does ask for the EIN if you have it, but you should be able to skip this field and continue.
