Domestic Production Activities ended in 2017. There is no entry for Box 6 1099-PATR.

the 1099-patr jump link took me to schedule F where you report patronage dividends and per unit retain allocations (boxes 1 & 3) but box 6  domestic production activities is reported on form 8903 or 1040, but I can't find any way to enter it in the home and business program

Answer will be edited again, but Domestic Production Activites are eliminated after 2017. There is no more entry for Box 6 1099-PATR.

Ok, but in the 2018 instructions, page 55, chapter 12, Qualified business Income worksheet 12-A, part 4, line 39, DPAD allocated from an agricultural cooperative should be entered on form 1040 line 10.  Why isn't there a way to do this on turbotax?

Form 8903, Domestic Production Activities Deduction: We do not support Form 8903. For
fiscal year K-1s, 2017 fiscal year that ends in 2018, you will need to manually complete Form
8903. Enter the amount from Form 8903, line 25 on Schedule 1 (Form 1040) line 36 write-in
field.
