How do I enter 1099-G box 2 earnings from gambling?

Form 1099-G is used to report state tax refunds while Form W-2G is used to report gambling winnings.  Are you trying to report Form 1099-G or Form W-2G?  Post your reply to this thread for help in resolving this issue.
