I want to change the amount on Voucher 4 to a higher amount. Is what is given above the way you show you paid more than the voucher said?
If you are mailing in the 1040ES with a check or money order, you could simply cross out the printed amount and use a pen to write in the amount you are paying.
And of course when you complete your 2019 return, you will indicate on the return how much you actually paid when you made your estimated payments.
Or you can pay directly on the IRS website https://www.irs.gov/payments
Be sure to pick the right kind of payment and year.....2019 Estimate
You can pay any amount (or not pay). The estimates don't get sent with your return so the IRS is not expecting them. Be sure to enter the date and each amount you paid into your 2019 return next year.
