You can't since they have not published that info yet ... you can use the 2017 for what if purposes.
I realize that it’s not published yet, that’s the reason for my question. I don’t understand why this information isn’t already public knowledge. It’s November, so the cost of the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan must be known. Why isn’t the information available. This will impact my taxes for 2018 through the amount of Premium I may need to pay back. I have some flexibility in my 2018 income but I must act before the end of the calendar year. If I wait until January for the 1095, it will be to late to minimize my taxes/ Premium overpayment.
Well that is a question for the ACA to answer ... they are the ones that put out that info.
Go to the Marketplace website and pretend you are signing up for 2017 insurance. Then find the Second Lowest Cost Silver Plan.
FYI I found county-by-county IRS estimates here: <a rel="nofollow" target="_blank" href="http://www.taxpayeradvocate.irs.gov/estimator/premiumtaxcreditchange/estimator.htm">http://www.taxpayeradvocate.irs.gov/estimator/premiumtaxcreditchange/estimator.htm</a>
