How do I determine how much I pay for Medicare Part B?

If you're referring to the 2021 Medicare Part B premiums you paid, the amount is on Form SSA-1099, Description of Amount is Box 3, Medicare Part B premiums deducted. 

• The monthly amount is also shown on your 2021 "Your New Benefit Amount" letter.
• If you still can't locate the amount, you can contact the Social Security Administration. See SSA.gov.
