That's not what it means. It means a ssn on your return has already been filed on another return. Did you already file a return from the other account? Could someone else maybe claimed you or your dependent as a dependent? Or someone else accidentally typed the wrong ssn on their return and got yours by mistake. Or you typed a ssn wrong. If you can't find a wrong ssn on your return you will have to print and mail your return.
no everything is right i just couldnt remember my turbo account password and so i made a new one and now it saying im trying to e-file two taxs with my social number and im not and i already registered one of the counts and now its not letting me delete either one and i need to delete one of them
No it's not because you have 2 accounts. Many people have 2 accounts. It's very common. It's because another return has already been filed with your ssn on it. Not from something you did. Someone else filed a return with your ssn, not you.
And you can not delete accounts. How to delete your account
