How do I delete filing because I did it twice by accident

I just realized I filed twice need to get rid of one of them

It is impossible to e-file twice.   The IRS will only accept one e-filed return using your Social Security number.  If the IRS accepted your first e-file then any other attempts to e-file will be rejected.
