How do I delete a note left over from last year? In 2021 I needed a note explaining some Other Income (sch 1 line z). The note is there even though no income this year

I had to make an adjustment last year for an easement payment that was reported incorrectly. No payment like that this year (amount shows as 0), but the note is still showing on line z of Schedule 1

Are you receiving an error in Review?

The entry may have been entered as described below.

Select Federal from the left side menu.
Click on Wages & Income.
Scroll down to Less Common Income. Click Show more.
Click Start / Revisit to the right of Miscellaneous income….
Click Start / Revisit to the right of Other reportable income.
At the screen Other Taxable Income you may find the description entered a year ago.

You are right - thank you! I had not made it through Other Income this year but when I did go there I found the note and was able to delete it. It did not generate an error in review but I noticed it when I looked at the pdf version of the return before filing it.
