How do I deduct all insurance I paid if,I had COBRA coverage for 3 mos, then I purchased Marketplace,Obama care for another 2 months. how do I show all the premiums paid

Yes, you can deduct your insurance premiums.  They are entered in the Deductions & Credits area and Medical Expenses section:
