How do I create 2 1099-NECs for a tiny nonprofit? I am neither the payor nor recipient? Can I use my turbotax subscription or Quickbooks?

Only the payor can prepare and file a form 1099-NEC. You can access Intuit's QuickEmployer Forms program to prepare the 1099 forms.

You will see an option for it when you enter your subcontract labor in TurboTax.
