How do I correct line 46 and add to line 45 on 2019 MI-1040CR

Your best bet is to delete Form MI-1040CR and re-enter your data.

In the left panel of TurboTax Online:

1. Go to Tax Tools.
2. Go to Tools.
3. Under Other helpful links… click Delete a form.
4. Your federal and state forms will appear.  Find MI-1040CR, and click Delete.
