You go back thru the income section, and you "edit" each and every form type from ANY financial provider that you downloaded, to make sure the $$ downloaded are exactly correct, based on the paper form you should already have in your possession.
A few bank 1099-INT downloads are known to be wrong, and some downloaded forms (1099-INT, 1099-DIV, 1099-B, etc) from brokerage accounts also need you to answer certain follow-up questions about information that cannot be imported. Importing the financial forms helps...but does not always entirely finish the info needed.
