How do I change the "Estimated tax payments" amount on my return in turbo tax?

The amount should be zero but it is showing as $1,000.  No estimated tax was paid for 2022

Is it an Estimated payment or a payment with an extension or a refund applied from last year?

To change Federal or State Estimated Taxes Paid, including a state estimated payment made in January for the prior year, go to

Federal on left or at top (Personal for Home & Business)

Deductions and Credits at top

Then scroll way down to Estimates and Other Taxes Paid

Estimated Taxes - click the start button

Then change the amount to zero.

Did you apply $1,000 of your 2021 refund to your 2022 tax? A refund applied to the following year is shown as estimated tax on Form 1040 line 26.
