How do i change my phone number

Go to www.TurboTax.com

• Log into TurboTax Online
• Click the box Take Me to My Return
• In the upper right corner for Windows user click on My Account
• Select Account Settings and you will be able to update or change your information on both the Profile and Security tabs over to the left (see picture below)

I need to change my contact info.

Phone: [phone number removed]

Cell: [phone number removed]

Be careful.  This is a public Internet forum.   You posted your phone numbers in public, but it looks like the forum filter (or a Moderator) took care of removing it.

This is an old thread from a few years ago.  The steps above no longer work.  These old threads transferred into the new forum and unfortunately were given a late May 2019/early June 2019 date even though they may be quite old.

To update your account info, log in and in the left menu column (way down at the bottom) choose "Intuit Account."    If you don't see Intuit Account option, click first on Tax Home, then it should be in the menu.
