How do I change my address above the municipality code? It is auto putting my current Oregon address instead of my prevention New Jersey address.

Are you talking about line 39c on the NJ-1040?

The address at the top of the form should be your current address, not the one you had in New Jersey. This is so the state can contact at your current address.
