I followed the links from the help, but it gave instructions to click on cancel from a page that has no such menu item. It won't allow me to pull my credit card without a new valid credit card (makes no sense), and the help has me running in circles. I though this kind of scam behavior was illegal now and there had to be one click options for cancelling software? If someone knows how to do so, appreciate any help you can provide.
