how do I bypass not putting 0's on my 1095-A since I only had it half the year and the rest I was using Champ VA which I have a 1095-B for it.

For the months when you did not have a Marketplace policy, on the form 1095-A entry in TurboTax, do not enter 0. Just leave the boxes blank.
