I purchased the license code at retail. I can't download or install anything on my computer due to security settings I don't have access to. I paid $200 and now that I have completed my taxes it wants me to pay another $203 to file.
So I assume you used the Online version? Can you find another computer to install it on? Like a family member or friend? Sorry you can’t apply the Download purchase to the Online version. You will have to get a refund and pay for online separately.

I tried using the information provided however the 2024 Home & Business is under the product and billing page but does not show up under payments. There is nothing within the page to continue the refund process. I have the physical paper with the license code printed on it. It was purchased at a retail store and not online. Once I realized I could not install any software onto my computer I logged into my Intuit account and started to process my 2024 taxes.
