How do I answer "Did you make any payments in 2022 that would require you to file Form(s) 1099"?

I work DoorDash.  I receive a 1099-NEC.  Do I answer yes or no to this question?

Probably NO.  Did you pay anyone over $600 to help you?

You need to give a 1099NEC to anyone you paid $600 or more to for the year. But not to corporations or for merchandise. You send the IRS a copy of the 1099Misc with the transmittal summary form 1096. These are due to the person by Jan 31 and to the IRS by Jan 31 also.

No, I didn't pay anybody.  Just got tripped up on the wording of "filing form(s) 1099."  I'll mark it "no."  Thank you.
