When you select Previous Taxes it will default to Tax Year 2017. In this panel, on the left, you'll see your Federal and State information. Look for an Add a State button under the State information box.
What an incredible hassle to find a way to sign up for something they're trying to SELL!
Turbo Tax/Intuit are very poor at running their business and this is a huge example of it. Their customer service is horrendous! They definitely don't want us to contact them for anything. They don't even make it easy for us to give them our money. Imbeciles!
