How do I add plus benefits after I've already filed on mobile.

Mobile app users: First, sign out of the mobile app (under App Settings). Then, in your web browser, use your app login to sign in at TurboTax.com so you can follow these instructions:

To upgrade to PLUS and pay for PLUS:.

1. Click on Previous Taxes
2. Add a State (to get back into your return)
3. Upgrade
4. Choose PLUS (If it is greyed out, you already upgraded and can close out of there)
5. Click on Tax Tools
6. Print Center
7. Print This year's Return (Not Prior year's return or you will get knocked out of the return)
8. Click Pay Now to pay

I’m not seeing where it says Add a state

When you select Previous Taxes it will default to Tax Year 2017. In this panel, on the left, you'll see your Federal and State information. Look for an Add a State button under the State information box.

What an incredible hassle to find a way to sign up for something they're trying to SELL!

Turbo Tax/Intuit are very poor at running their business and this is a huge example of it. Their customer service is horrendous! They definitely don't want us to contact them for anything. They don't even make it easy for us to give them our money. Imbeciles!
