If you already efiled your tax return then you would need to do an amended tax return to add on that 1099 MISC. Wait until you get your refund before doing the amended. IRS gave us notice that they will come out with an approved amended 1040X form and instructions on Feb 22, 2019.
After that day you'll be able to amend the return on TurboTax.
