Your account is unique to the ID and password that you established and can not be accessed by anyone else,
- but it can not be completely removed from the system.
- Clear and start over which will remove all data from the return.

- Log into TurboTax
- On the left sidebar at the bottom
- Select Switch Products [Up Arrow]
- Upgrade
- Downgrade
- Clear and start over
