How did turbotax figure out my 2017 AGI amount without ever checking my 2017 tax forms? Why did turbotax habe 3 different incorrect amounts? My taxes are rejected now

Does TurboTax often just make up amounts to fill in on returns so that they are rejected or do they draw straws and hope? What is TurboTax going to do to make this situation better

Don't know why it is incorrect.  Are you in the same account?  

When did you file 2017? If it was late in the year try putting in zero for the AGI. And see this, https://ttlc.intuit.com/replies/5595742 If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Why did you post your 2018 return?  I removed it.  This is a public user forum and it is not safe to post any personal info.   The whole world just saw your name and ssn and Personal Info.  Watch out for scam emails or identity theft.

Good I hope everybody sees it, I'm gonna write a review that'll turn heads, that I promise. I've waited 2 months for my tax money and now it's going to almost that long now before I get my CORRECT tax information and I now have to MAIL them in so all in all about 6 to 8 weeks instead of the 3 weeks it would have been if not for the MISTAKES made by TURBOTAX.

I have used all 3 of the amounts , 2,509 was 1 then it was 0 then it was 5,436 that's the 1 that is still on my file as my 2017 AGI. Wonder how long it will b on there now. The irs.gov link keeps freezing up and runs itself out of time b4 I can get the code they send u at email address. I have proof of what I'm saying here about what turbo tax has done. 2 add insult 2 injury u can't even reach anyone to fix the mess but u cant even file a complaint unless u pay 29.99 which is NONREFUNDABLE.  So now I'm screwed on my taxes which is costing me money but I have 2 pay them 2 file a complaint? Am I the only one who sees something wrong here

Nothing l8ke that at all, the only information on my return that is incorrect was the AGI amount given by TURBOTAX. It says n my account they DID NOT download, transfer or even consult my 2017 tax return because TurboTax didn't do them. So the only obvious answer is they guessed at it, otherwise explain 3  incorrect amounts and 4 rejections.
