How come my AGI number not working and I have my transcript from the irs

When did you file your 2017 taxes?

The only place to reliably get last year's AGI is from your originally-filed, unamended 2017 tax return copy or an official IRS transcript.You cannot get your 2017 AGI from your W-2.
