If you choose to pay your TurboTax fees from your federal refund, it costs an EXTRA $39.99 for the refund processing fee.  You can avoid that by paying your fees ahead of time using a credit card.

No tax software is free if you own a business or claiming deductions. Credit Karma is free but they are not doing state and the software does not compare to Turbotax software. Goodluck

Why isn’t it an option before purchasing when checking out ? It would definitely be informative to know that ahead of time .transparencies a good buisiness policy   , I will inform everyone before their miss lead / taken advantage of ..

It tells you about that fee on several screens ahead of time and you even have to sign an agreement to allow it.

I agree paying a fee I have no problem with 39.99+2  it’s the extra 39.99 that was not transparent as an option to waiver the fee if using a credit card !!!!! Poor business
