How come E*trade said I dont have any data to be imported over to Turbotax?

This was posted a while ago by another TurboTax user (FWIW):

 

 

THE FOLLOWING SOLUTION WORKED FOR ME:

 

Contacted ETrade Support. There is a "third party data sharing" setting that you need to ensure is turned on. You can find that by going to the My Profile tab (the silhouette of a person next to the search bar, top right of screen) >> Security Settings >> Manage third party data sharing

 

Set that to "Yes" and try again. It worked for me, hope this helps you.
