TurboTax Business only supports importing from QuickBooks.

You will not be able to import (upload) a tax file or documents that were prepared by your previous CPA.

Then what will you suggest how to populate my previous year data?

The unfortunate reality of that situation is you need to enter all of the information into TurboTax Business completely from scratch.

One alternative would be to use Full Service but, as you can see from the link below, it's a lot more expensive than purchasing the program and doing it yourself.

Your CPA was legally required to furnish you with a copy of the return.  It's important that you get a copy, otherwise, preparing 2023 will be a nightmare.
