How can I tell whether I claimed myself or not on my taxes? My parents' eFiling is being rejected because one of us was already claimed

Look at your form 1040. The line under your name is labeled "Your Standard deduction". If the box for "Someone can claim you as a dependent" is not checked, then you claimed yourself. If it is checked, you did not claim yourself.
