How can I tell if I have at-risk losses to carryover from 2018?

Did you file last year with TurboTax?  If so, TurboTax will automatically carryover this amount.

This amount can also be determined on Form 6198.  If you were not able to deduct the entire loss, you would have a carryover amount.
