How can I start over the process. I feel like I messed up and I wanna start all over again

If you have not paid for the online edition you are using, have not filed your tax return or registered the Free edition, then you can clear your return and start over with a lower priced edition. Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the program screen while working on the 2019 online tax return. Click on Clear & Start Over.

Click onto FILE in the top left corner of your Turbo Tax program. Then click START NEW RETURN and start a new return. Name your new return something different than the first one so that you don't confuse the two. Reach out for help with areas you don't understand or are having problems with. Intuit has a lot of help to taxpayers to make their programs user-friendly. Good luck!  😃
