How can I speak to a human about being double charged for the same TT products on 2 separate accounts?

If you have two TurboTax Online accounts, you have to pay separately for each account. When you have to file multiple tax returns, it's usually less expensive to use the desktop TurboTax software. You pay for the software once and you can use it for multiple returns. There is an additional charge for each state e-file, but it still usually works out to be less expensive.
