How can I sign online for my tax refund as I've got no access to computer or transportation of any kind if possible can I sign it online with mobile phone

Yes, you can sign up and do your taxes on your phone.

 

Please click this link to start the process:  TurboTax Mobile App 

  • You will have to create an ID and password. 
  • Be sure to remember them because that is the only way you can get back into the program.
