How can i pay my federal tax that is due before i pay turbo tax for filing my taxes. Or Do i need to pay turbo tax and file my taxes before i can pay my federal tax?

Normally you would pay the TurboTax fee first, then e-file and pay the tax owed. 

Well I got an extension until October so does that mean that federal tax is also extended sense I never filed to be able to pay it?
