How can I have 17,000 in taxable income (all Cap Gains) and $0 Tax? Serious bug, and I am able to easily recreate it. TurboTax Basic for Mac 2018

line 10   $17,125

line 11       $0

line 13-15  $0

line 22       $0

This is quite possible if all your capital gains are long term. Your taxable income of $17,125 would put you in the 10% or 12% tax bracket and long-term capital gains are taxed at 0%.
