We don't know for sure what screen you are referring to and what you are doing, but I'll take a guess.
Are you entering a Form 1099 and arrived at a screen with a bunch of bank and financial institution logos? And are you entering your bank's name in the search line? If so, the bank has to be an affiliated import partner in order to import the 1099 form. There are thousands of banks in the USA, and only some are import partners.
If you are not wanting to import, or if your bank is not listed when you search in that line, then instead scroll down below the logos, and at the bottom right of that screen find a gray button "I'll type it in myself." Click that, then proceed to the next screens.
That gray button may not be visible unless you scroll down.
