I would really appreciate if someone from Turbo Tax can email me to let me know when form 4684 is ready and I can actually file my taxes. This will be the last year I will use Turbo Tax after using them for the last 10 years. They are no longer user friendly and waiting for this Form 4684 has been unacceptable. I have a feeling Turbo Tax will being losing quite a few customers.
According to the Forms Availability guide, Form 4684 is available now and ready to file by mail or electronically.
Today is March 4,2025 and form 4648 is still not available..,I cannot file my taxes….this is ridiculous!!!. Will not be using Turbo Tax anymore after, using them for the last 10 years. WHEN WILL FORM 4684 actually be available?
The 4684 is available for federal returns but not for all states. Some states haven’t responded to Intuit about conformity with the Federal Disaster Relief Act. You can go ahead and file Federal and then file state once the form is available for the state. Updates happen weekly, usually by the end of the day Friday.
