How can I get back into TurboTax. Using 2021 Home and Business. Opening program begins an automatic update which fails (error 1603), then relaunch does not happen.

Attempted to manually install updates from their website, and that shows "superpatch installed", but starting TurboTax after this puts me in the same exact loop.  I also attempted all this as admin, and with firewalls turned off.  What next?

Thanks Champ, but I did try the suggestions in that link.  Windows is up to date.

Any other ideas?

Please try the following steps: 
1. Shut down and restart your computer.
2. Log in as the computer's administrator.
3. Temporarily disable running antivirus, antimalware, firewall, desktop search, or backup programs.
4. Try to install TurboTax.
5. If the error persists please click here to contact us by phone.
