How can I get a paper check, it says in info that you can get one but when I try to select how to get the refund the option is not there.

you get a check if you do not provide direct deposit info

You can choose to get a paper check but you cannot combine that choice with paying your TurboTax fees from a federal refund.  You have to pay your fees with a credit or debit card before you file.
