How can I find out when my state forms will be available to purchase/download?

I looked at Turbotax availability list and it says ME1040 is available.  Why don't I see it in my list of downloads?

Please make sure you updated your software or you can download your state again. Please see this for more information. How do I get the latest update for my downloaded State program?
