How can I file the injured spouse form 8379 after having e-filed with turbo tax

I have already filed and when checking the status, my refund would be used to pay my spouses debt.

My spouse had less than $100 income via new business in 2015.

I would like to know if it is possible to efile the injured spouse form or at least

print materials that must be mailed if electronic delivery is not possible

You can file Form 8379 (injured spouse form) afterwards by itself. Here is the link to the form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/i8379.pdf

You will see a chart on the first page that says "Where To File". It states that if you file Form 8379 by itself after you filed your original joint return electronically, then mail Form 8379 to the Internal Revenue Service Center for the area where you live.
