How can I enter the estimated taxes I paid in 2018? Where is the "Jump to"link?

Turbo tax did not add all the taxes I paid on the 1099-Rs that I entered plus the Federal estimated taxes that I paid using the EFTPS online system.  How can I see what numbers or payments turbotax ?

To get to the "Jump to" link for estimated tax payments, type "estimated tax payments" in the Search box at the top right of your screen. The Jump to estimated tax payments link should be the first item in the results.  Click the link.

You can also navigate to that section by following these steps:

  1. Click on Personal  >  Deductions & Credits > I’ll choose what I work on.
  2. In the Estimates and Other Taxes Paid section, click on the Start/Update box next to Estimates
  3. On the next screen, click the Start/Revisit box next to the type of tax payment (Federal, State, Local).
  4. Enter your payment(s) on the next screen, How much did you pay in federal [or state or local] estimated taxes? Select the locality from the drop-down list and enter the amount paid in the box.

Your estimated payments will show up on line 66 of form 1040 (Schedule 5)

You could directly correct the 1099-R form. In forms mode, see line 5 for federal withholding and lines 12 and 13 for the state.

Even if you chose to not enter the data in forms mode, you could look at the form to see what got in there during the interview.
